Kanawha County Blog GONE!!!

Well, maybe a few of you have heard about the blog simply entitled the "Kanawha County Blog"? Well, this blog was a doozy!! There was information on there, and Governor Joe, these ARE NOT my words, these are OTHERS words, but there was info on there about the drinking habits of the Manchins', Gayle Manchin "pissing on herself" she was so drunk, and the Governor having him a girlfriend somewhere down in the Carolina's. There was much more than that, but I don't want the "powers that be"...(you know who you are) to take down my blog...AGAIN!! BASTARDS!! Free speech my...well, you know.

Look you guys, Joe Manchin IS NOT the best thing for West Virginia. UNLESS, you are one of his kind, or one of his cronies. ALL of the people I talk to and work with are apparently NOT his kind, OR his crony. Joe boy, you may win, but it is NOT gonna be without a fight...I am simply using my privileges as a United States citizen to voice my opinions and my concerns on here, as well as "reported" stories from others...where is the crime in that Joe? Like the rest of the management and supervisors in the State of West Virginia system, you FORCE us to live on the truth we can find.

Truer words have not been spoken. I just hate these better than though peices of sh*t. I do hope and pray loud and proud that we can and do get rid of MoJo. He is not Wv needs. Wv needs someone who, for once in our Hystory, cares for the working class people. I have heard it with my own ears that he doesn't care about the working class. Russ Weeks talks the talk and walks the walk, that is what we need.

I have heard the Kanawha County Blog is trying to find another avenue to post, so if anyone hears where it finally gets posted then please let me know.

I have been reading the Charleston Gazette and saw where your CEO responded to your complaints and stated that a lot of MMBH employees liked all the OT. I also saw where your census is back up. Suprise, suprise...

I have also been reading the readers voice section where a lot of people are saying they are not behind Manchin. I hope they have the backbone to stand up and vote Russ Weeks in.

Let me know what is going on at MMBH.

I met Libby from MMBH this week when we finally went live on the CPRS/BCMA systems. She stated she knew all of you but I was not sure if she was liked or not so I did not say too much to her.

In its first 36 hours since being launched late Wednesday morning, the new "No Mo Mojo" website scored more than a thousand recorded visits (unique visits, not "hits," which is an inflated and misleading value), an impressive showing for a new website in its first day and a half of operation, especially lacking coverage in the traditional media, or paid ad links.

Instead, the website was heavily promoted within GOP email and internet circles, featured not only here, but also on the homepage of the state party and the Russ Weeks for Governor website, and being pushed out to the internet universe by a team of Republican emailers to various lists.

This was published on Republican Gazette website.

Manchin invades Gazette offices with chief of staff, general counsel, others to complain about DuPont coverage

(August 23, 2008) Gov. Joe Manchin invaded the offices of The Charleston Gazette on Friday to complain about the newspaper's coverage and editorial comments about a "friend of the court" brief he filed the same day DuPont filed its appeal of a multi-million dollar judgment against it.

According to the Gazette, "Manchin and several top aides visited the newspaper offices Friday afternoon," with the governor whining, "You all have done an editorial saying I took sides with DuPont, and nothing could be further from the truth."

Manchin, accustomed to fawning press coverage in most cases, obviously took offense to the notion that he was involving himself in a case in such a way that seemed obviously inappropriate.

As the Gazette reported Saturday, "Manchin jumped into the case after a phone call with DuPont President Chad Holliday and a meeting with top company lawyers. The governor's brief was filed the same day as DuPont's appeal petition. Lawyers for the Spelter residents urged the court not to consider the governor's arguments, saying the state's legal brief 'is devoid of any new argument or information that could assist this court.' The lawyers alleged that Manchin's brief was the result of 'improper collusion' between the governor and DuPont and part of 'an orchestrated scheme' by the company."

The fact that Manchin basically involved himself based on DuPont's point of view was practically admitted by his attorney, as the Gazette reported, "At the same time, Manchin and his aides insisted that they really hadn't looked into details of the case beyond the purely legal issue of how the Supreme Court handles appeals of punitive damages. Goodwin conceded that it might have helped Manchin politically if the governor's office had sought input from the residents' lawyers before deciding to get involved in the case. 'In hindsight, would I have touched base with the local plaintiffs' lawyers who I know and respect? Probably so,' Goodwin said."

Hey Shelia, yeah, Libby...no, she actually is a snitch...ass-kisser DELUXE...and honestly, one of the most precocious, self-righteous and better than thou individuals I have ever known...good call on your behalf...LOL...now that I think about it, I bet she loves Manchin.

Thanks for the new website http://www.nomomojo.org/, I will be checking that out shortly.

Things at MMBH are, well, interesting to say the least. Rumor has it, and this should piss you off right nicely, that MMBH nursing staff is getting a raise...nobody else in the Hospital, nobody else in the state, just MMBH nursing staff. I am happy that there are raises being talked about, however, if it happens this way...UGLINESS will ensue.

Here's the thing with Mojo...he is crooked...he is a career politician...nuff said. He does just enough to keep the walking dead quiet, and the media for the MOST part refuses to do or say anything negative against Manchin. "HIS" employees are eligible for ALL assistance programs for the low income and poor, his cronies including Daryl McGraw are allowed to effectively steal State money, and yet, the walking dead I spoke of continue to vote for him and his kind. Like a very wise person once stated, "I'm kind, I'm just not YOUR kind." Good to hear from ya...
